Senocular’s Free Transform ToolFiled Under: Uncategorized
I’ve found a free alternative for greensock’s TransformManager. Here’s very similar code written by Senocular. Unfortunately it does not support TextField transformations and groups, however it’s a great work. Thank you

just wanted to point out that textfield transformations do work.
- you need to embed the font or the text will disappear when you rotate
- the textfield must be put in a sprite or movieclip “container” or the move action won’t work
- check the event target and make sure it’s the container and not the textfield
I came across this post and wasted a lot of time thinking that senocular did not support textfields, hope this helps someone else.
